I was here

Leaving Navrongo felt something like a deportation. Sitting alone in that car that takes me where I don’t want to go..
The last days in Accra were nice, thanks to Gordon, but sad at the same time, of course. It was therefore somehow almost a relief when I, on Thursday evening, got to the airport, sad, with too much luggage and the lady at the counter told me that my flight was rather tomorrow, Friday. It caused a whole lot of confusion at home, where my family and friends had prepared a welcome-back party for me, but to me it was like a little gift. One more day in Ghana. It past soon, anyway, and the moment of good-bye still came. The saddest moment in all my traveling experience. But now I’m here. I might wish to still be in Navrongo, but what does it help, I’m here. It’s nice. It’s okay. But i will soon be back, for sure!
