Last Friday Linda (one of the CBS students) and I went to the market to tell women about CBS. I’d say it was a successful trip. We handed out about 40 flyers and many of the women we shared with expressed interest in the school.
The was one woman we talked to, Roselyn, who is a nurse from Navrongo. She said a school like CBS is needed, and she’d make sure to tell people about the school and where it is located.
I really do hope the ladies will follow up with the school and stop by to see where we are located. It’s exciting to be involved with an organization that has such a BIG heart for women’s education. It takes constant and consistent efforts on the part of the CBS administrators to publicize the school and the benefits of further education for women.
I’m praying for success for the 2016-2017 school year and for an influx of students. September is the month the school year will start so hopefully it will be a year of overflow!
