It’s break time – a happy one today, as I got up early and prepared some food to bring along! To be honest, I don’t even know the correct name of this meal! Normally, we just call it “corn meal” and it is something Gordon likes eating in particular when he is not feeling well. It can also be bought around the house, but as I don’t eat meat or fish, that’s not an option for me. Luckily, it is easy and quite fast to prepare, and it is, yet simple, delicious!!
